REFUND POLICY
AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty and this must be within 14 days of receiving the item. An exchange of the item will be sent straight out, as soon as the faulty item has been received.
Services that are offered are non-refundable, please speak to the person who provided your service if you are unhappy.
AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
Returns should be sent to 115 Adnitt Road, NN1 4NQ, tracked. Proof of postage will be required so we can refund the postage costs. If proof of postage is not provided, cost of postage costs will have to be paid for by the sender.
